ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• অনলাইন ডেলিভারিতে কুরিয়ার/ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
• পণ্য ও ডেলিভারি লোকেশনের ওপর ভিত্তি করে চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
• ফ্রি ডেলিভারি ব্যতীত কুরিয়ারের সমস্ত চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি

• Regular Delivery: স্টেডফাস্ট, পাঠাও ইত্যাদি ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের মাধ্যমে সারাদেশে পণ্য ৪–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।
• Express Delivery: শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা শহরে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হয়। তবে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারির জন্য গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই সকাল ১১টার মধ্যে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
• Store Pickup: গ্রাহক সরাসরি স্টোর থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন। তবে স্টোর পিকআপের পণ্য অবশ্যই ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সংগ্রহ করে নিতে হবে।
• Backorder/Upcoming Products: ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে সরবরাহ করার চেষ্টা করা হয় তবে কাস্টমস, শিপমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত জটিলতার কারণে অনেক ক্ষেত্রে নির্ধারিত সময় অতিক্রম হতে পারে।

পেমেন্ট ও অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন

• কনফার্মেশন এসএমএস পাওয়ার পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
• পেমেন্ট বিলম্বিত হলে স্টক শেষ হয়ে যেতে পারে বা মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
• অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
• ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় পরিশোধ করা যেতে পারে।

স্টক না থাকার ক্ষেত্রে করণীয়

স্টক আউট হলে প্রতিনিধি গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে। গ্রাহক চাইলে—

• বিকল্প পণ্য
• রিফান্ড
• অথবা স্টক আসা পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা— নির্বাচন করতে পারবেন।

দূরবর্তী এলাকায় ডেলিভারি

নিকটতম কুরিয়ার পয়েন্ট থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে হতে পারে।

প্যাকেজিং ও দায়বদ্ধতা

• পরিবহন চলাকালীন কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির দায় পিসিবি স্টোর বহন করবে না।
• তবে সর্বোচ্চ সুরক্ষায় পণ্য প্যাকেজিং ও ডিসপ্যাচ করা হয়।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ ব্রেকডাউন*

• ঢাকার মধ্যে: সর্বোচ্চ ১ কেজি পর্যন্ত ৮০ টাকা
• ঢাকার বাইরে: সর্বোচ্চ ১ কেজি পর্যন্ত ১৩০ টাকা

অতিরিক্ত প্রতি কেজি:

• ঢাকার মধ্যে ১৫–২০ টাকা
• ঢাকার বাইরে ২০–৩০ টাকা

*উক্ত চার্জ সম্পূর্ণরূপে 3rd party delivery partner গুলো নির্ধারণ করে ও যেকোনো সময় চারজসমূহ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে, পরিবর্তন সাপেক্ষে ওয়েবসাইটে নতুন চার্জ আপডেট করে দেওয়া হবে।

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি নীতি

• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা নেই আপাতত।
• পার্শিয়াল পেমেন্টে কন্ডিশন অর্ডার করা সম্ভব নয়।
• পিসি বিল্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ইন-স্টোর বুকিং অগ্রিম প্রদান করা যাবে।

SSL Charges / Bank / BKash / Card Charges

প্রযোজ্য চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

Store Pickup Policy

• স্টোর থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করা যাবে।
• পিসি বিল্ডের ক্ষেত্রে একই দিনে পিকআপ নাও পাওয়া যেতে পারে— আগে টিমের সাথে নিশ্চিত করতে হয়।
• বিল্ট পিসি বা সিলপ্যাকড কম্পোনেন্ট— উভয়ভাবেই পণ্য নেওয়া যাবে।
• স্টোর পিকআপ অবশ্যই ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।

Delivery Charges

• Courier/delivery charges apply to all online orders.
• Charges may vary depending on the product type and delivery location.
• Except for free-delivery campaigns, all courier charges must be paid by the customer.

Delivery Methods

• Regular Delivery: Products are delivered nationwide within 4–10 business days through third-party delivery partners such as Steadfast, Pathao, and others.
• Express Delivery: Available only within Dhaka city and is completed within 24 hours, provided the order is confirmed by 11:00 AM.
• Store Pickup: Customers may collect their orders directly from the PCB Store within 7 working days.
• Backorder / Upcoming Products: Delivery is attempted within the time frame mentioned on the website; however, due to customs clearance or shipment-related complications, the delivery period may be extended.

Payment & Order Confirmation

• Customers are requested to complete payment within 3 days after receiving the confirmation SMS.
• Delayed payment may result in stock unavailability or price changes.
• Full advance payment is required to confirm an order.
• Delivery charges can be paid at the time of receiving the product.

If an Item Is Out of Stock

If the ordered product is unavailable, our representative will contact the customer. Customers may choose to:

• Select an alternative product
• Request a refund
• Or wait until the item is restocked

Delivery in Remote Areas

Customers in remote locations may need to collect their products from the nearest courier pickup point.

Packaging & Liability

• PCB Store is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit via courier services.
• However, every package is prepared and dispatched with maximum care to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Charge Breakdown*

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 80 for up to 1 kg
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 130 for up to 1 kg

Additional charges per kg:

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 15–20
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 20–30

* The above charges are fully determined by third-party delivery partners and may change at any time. Updated charges will be published on the website accordingly.

Cash on Delivery Policy

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for now.
• Partial payment-based conditional orders are currently not supported.
• For PC builds, in-store bookings can be made with an advance payment.

SSL Charges / Bank / BKash / Card Charges

Applicable charges must be paid by the customer.

Important Instructions for Express Delivery

• Express Delivery is available only within Dhaka.
• For same-day delivery, booking must be confirmed by 9:00 AM.
• For Pathao or Steadfast deliveries, customers must provide:

• Complete home address
• Pinned map location
• An alternative/emergency phone number

Store Pickup Policy

• Customers may collect products directly from the store.
• For PC builds, same-day pickup might not always be possible—customers should confirm with the team beforehand.
• Products can be collected as a fully built PC or as sealed components, depending on customer preference.
• Store pickup must be completed within 7 business days.
