Once you find the item you want, click “Add to Cart.” You can continue browsing and add multiple products to your cart before checking out.

Step 2: Review Your Shopping Cart

After adding products, click the Cart Icon at the top right corner of the website. Here, you can review all your selected products, update quantities, or remove any item if needed.

Before moving to checkout:

  • Make sure your product specifications are correct.
  • Check discounts, combo offers, or coupon codes (if available).
  • Verify total price including VAT (if applicable).

Our average delivery timeline is 24 to 72 hours, depending on your location. For customers outside Dhaka, delivery may take slightly longer due to courier schedules. You’ll receive a confirmation SMS or email with your Order ID once your order is successfully placed.

Step 5: Choose Your Payment Method

We offer multiple secure payment options through SSLCommerz to ensure flexibility and safety. You can pay using:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay after receiving your product.
  • bKash (Personal or Merchant Payment)
  • Nagad
  • Debit/Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

Once your payment is complete (or COD order is confirmed), you’ll instantly receive:

Delivery times may vary due to weather, political issues, or national holidays. Our goal is always to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Cancellation and Changes

We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. That’s why the PCB Store allows flexible cancellation under specific conditions. You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it — as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

To cancel, contact our customer support team through:

If the order is already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, our team will guide you through the return or replacement process after delivery.

Refund and Return Policy

Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued for customer mistakes in ordering or change of mind.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once the package has been shipped.

Product Price & Availability
